Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the Fieldstone Shower Filter with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at support@fieldstonegoods.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Items should be in resellable condition — used cartridges are fine to keep.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your filter arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
